The fireplace is lighted with a long fireplace match or a lighter with extended tip. Unlike other stoves, the system starts immediately with no risk of dying out.

The flame size and heat are controled with the accompanying tool which is also used for extinguishing the fire.

The cost of consumption depends on the quality of bioethanol used, its alcohol content, and the bioburner setting. The average cost is between 0.6€ and 0.8€ per hour with the burner adjusted to the maximum effect.

With the bioburner adjusted to the maximum effect bioethanol consumption is about 0.3 to 0.5 liters per hour of combustion.

The fireplace should be installed in a spot far away from inflammable materials. It should be situated at least 40 cm away from any furniture. Children and pets should stay a safe distance away from the fire.

As a measure of ultimate protection, we recommend you to have a powder extinguisher of 6 kg as every house should have one.

or substances as fuel is very hazardous and may lead to severe injury or health damage.

They are suitable for the 100% bioethanol fuel which burns slightly faster, the flame pattern is higher and the temperature reached during the combustion is higher. It goes without saying that it can also take mixtures with a lower bioethanol content.
