All our products are handmade!

That means that there is a 15 to 30 day delay before we can ship the fireplaces.
We check each and every one stage of production separately to achieve a seamless result! Before shipping we always perform a final inspection. 
For the delivery of our products we use the transportation companies DHL and Eurofreight.
The price of shipment includes insurance for the entire product price as well as the proactive tracking servicethat lets you keep track of your product at any time.
It takes 4 to 7 days after we deliver the product  to the transporter for you to receive your order.
