Bioethanol is ethanol (alcohol) that is derived exclusively from the fermentation of plant starches.
Bioethanol is a marketing term for the products that do not have an immediate harm to the environment through burning and use of natural gas. It can be fermented from sugar cane, switchgrass, grains and agricultural waste.
The 100% bioethanol does not contain water compared to the 96.6% variant, burns slightly faster, the flame pattern is higher and the temperature reached during the combustion is higher (not suitable for every combustion chamber).
